At Step Charming, we make customization easy! Once you place an order for a customized product, our team will reach out to you directly from CustomerService@stepcharming.com within 24 hours.

How It Works:

1. You’ll receive an email with your order number and a request for the details of your customization.
2. We’ll provide a proof of work for your approval.
3. Once you confirm the final design, we’ll process your order.
4. Your customized product will arrive within 10-12 business days after final approval.

Please note: Only products listed as customizable in our catalog are currently available for personalization. For branded business materials or other special requests, please email us at CustomerService@stepcharming.com for a custom quote.
